RETURNS

Defective Products:

Defective products must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of item(s). If you would like to return the item(s) to Wizard Of Wire LLC, you will need a return authorization. You must contact us for the authorization. We will NOT accept returns without prior authorization. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to determine if a defect exists and we may either repair or replace the item. A refund may be issued depending on the problem.

Damaged Products:

Products damaged during shipping must be reported to the delivery driver,the shipping company and us immediately. If possible, open the package(s) while in the presence of the delivery driver to inspect the contents.

Stocked Items:

If the item(s) being returned are not defective or damaged you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. A refund will be issued once the item(s) are returned to us in good condition.
If you decide you do not want a normally stocked item before it ships, we will issue a full refund.

Custom or Special Order Items:

No cancellations will be made on any custom or special orders once the product has been made or is in the process of being made. However, if we did not start production on your custom order, contact us and we can issue a refund.

SHIPPING

Continental USA:

All shipping costs must be paid prior to shipment. We attempt to ship your order by the quickest, most economical method. We use many different companies to ship orders. The company used for shipping is determined by us and is based on size, weight, and shape. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notification. If your order total is over $500 someone will have to be present to sign for your order.
Large orders may require freight truck shipping. In this case, we will palletize your order and use the best way possible. You must have the appropriate means for unloading your order and you must have a location that accepts truck orders. Someone must be onsite to sign for the order and the appropriate contact information must be supplied to give to the freight company. We are not responsible for shipment refusal due to these factors. The customer will be charged for all return shipment fees.
